Judy olson sent a message to Stefano Pessina Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance email address that said:
Dear Mr Pessina. I called corporate almost a week ago and was told by nice lady taking my complaint about Walgreens Pharmacy. She said I would hear from someone in 2 days. She was so nice I actually believed someone in corporate would care and call me back. No such luck. Just a scam to make customers think Walgreens care about their customers. Iâve told my friends about the rude sarcastic pharmacy tech. Mr Pessina please donât allow customers to believe that Walgreens cares about their customers.
