A short while back I emailed you regarding the billing problems your company have been experiencing for the past year or so. Since then I have discovered that I was part of a much bigger problem than I anticipated. With all due respect, I have been a loyal customer for over three years and at least I anticipated an acknowledgement or even better a reply.
It is quite obvious that by your response you don't care about your problems or your loyal customers.
I am so disgusted that I have engaged my relatives who all have CenturyLink to join me in getting a better deal from Comcast. I hope when more people take the bull by the horns and follow my example you don't come begging again for a second chance,, or even better,you might not be around which is more likely since you are so irresponsible.
