Dear Mr. Post,
This company has a lot of issues right now. 1. I called because Cox kept raising the rates, lowering the speed without telling me and lowering the level of customer service. I called Centurylink, I never agreed on a price. I made sure to ask if I was going to get a bill the guy said No we have to get a date to install it which I never did. I didnt agree to a price, plan or date. I got a letter in the mail that was sent on a Friday 4/22 with 3 days to cancel. I called on 4/24. She said she would cancel with no charges. 2. I chat today to get email address to you. He couldnt even tell me if my account was open. I got a bill in the mail today that shows $151 owed. I didnt even start the service! There are now 3 people who cant do simple task: tell the truth, do what you say, and provide basic info available. I am not even being difficult yet. FYI, I am learning my 3rd-4th programming language, fluent in routing, networking and working on cyber security. I am not stupid. I hate being manipulated, being lied to and incompetent people. I am sure this is not everyone, the odds are stacking up against it. Can you fix it?
