Marie sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Post
Congratulations on your proposed acquisition of Level 3 in Broomfield Co. I will try to make this brief as I know you have many other more important things to do, and in addition,I know you are not directly responsible for the services that Centurylike provides. However, after the #34 billion
that Centurylink pays, might there be some $$$ left over so we could have some more wires and maintenance done in our area so we could get better speed for our internet. We pay the same as other customers in Evergreen and Denver area, but the speed is very slow. When I call I get the excuse that we need more wires, but that won't be for a few years. Yes, we do live in the foothills of Evergreen, Co., however, don't we deserve the same as other customers that are in the city, You have no problem billing us each month. It is not like we live out in an area that has no electricity, etc. Very frustrating . Service is sporadic and very slow at times. They also say there are too many customers in this area. Then why can't we be upgraded like you would customers in the city. If customers in the city got the service that we do , it would be acted on promptly. Thank you for your time. Marie
