Dear Mr. Post, Hi, my name is Tommy. I wanted to contact you directly. I greatly appreciate your internet services, but I am disappointed with Century Link customer service! Every time that I try to speak with someone regarding my bill, I am on hold for 30- 45 mins and then passed to someone weather I'm on the phone or internet. My internet bill for the month of June was suppose to be $29.99. I'm being charged $67.99. Thanks agin, Tommy
