Dear Mr. Post,

I am writing to you to express a concern. I have had to call on your CS departments several times since bringing Century Link into my home. Each time I attempt to contact ANY form of help, it is VERY time consuming and I end up getting hung up on or passed around from department to department until I get hung up on. As a customer, this is not only frustrating but it makes it impossible to get any help or answers! I HIGHLY recommend that your company start thinking about Customer Centricity since I am about to cancel my service after just 2 short months. I expect better service than this and not to mention I have been billed incorrectly but cannot seem to resolve it. Take a good hard look at getting surveys done on your Customer Service to see that I am not making this up! I hope this email gets noticed and SOMETHING gets done soon or I will NEVER come back to this company for service again!
