Philip sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Post,
I am writing you to inform you that I am a very unsatisfied customer. I currently subscribe to your telephone, internet, Prism TV and home security services. The introductory pricing plan expires at the end of this month (May). I called your service support this afternoon to find out if there is any new pricing plans and/or what will I have to pay you after May 31 if I wanted to keep the current services. I was kept on the phone with one of your associates for more than 45 minutes and the final result was that she could not give me a set pricing. She then suggest that she bring in someone to help her to solve the pricing plan dilemma. When the second associate finally came on the line, I found out the original associate was no longer on the phone and that I have had to start everything all over again with your "new" associate.
I do not for one minute believe that is your policy of services.
If I cannot have this resolved by the end of next week, I would have to explore acquiring those services with other providers.
I feel that you have a need to know and I do not want to go through the hassle to start those services with someone else if you do value your customers.
Thank you for your time.
Philip
