Dear Mr. Post:
I have called Century Link multiple times at multiple numbers and each time after repeated lengthy holds, have been told that they cannot access my account.
I receive an invoice from Century Link each month - the last of which is invoice
The land-line number has been disconnected and I therefore have no way to access Century Link Service so would like to close my Century Link account.
