dear mr post- I would like to tell you how disappointed I am with your 800
customer service department some are
very rude this includes department supervisors. and when you ask to speak to one the customer service person makes you end up in a shouting match before he or she will transfer the call because when you talk to the customer service rep some act as if they have no idea what you are talking about. I have had your prism tv for about 4 years it has been a problem since the very first day. and still is and not bragging mr.post but my bills are always paid on time.(NEVER LATE ONCE) I have been with you about 7 years. is this the service I am to expect if I stay with century link? and mr post on many occasions we turn tv on tv wont work and by the time you get it to work program you wanted to watch is over. is this the kind of service you expect me to pay for? would you want to pay for this kind of service in your home for your family? thanks for your time hopefully you will give this letter some consideration.
