Kevin sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
Dear Mr. Post,
Unfortunately, this is my second time communicating with you in regards to an issue I have had with Century Link. I recently moved and requested that my service be transferred to my new address on the 17 of July. Well, that date came and went and I called to find out what the problem was on the 19th. CL told me that there was an error in the transfer and that it had never been done correctly. I would expect the service to be activated on the 23rd. The 23rd came and went with still NO service. I tried in vain to plug in and reset my hardware with every phone jack in the entire household. After many hours of frustration, I gave up. Since I work 6 days a week and run my own business, I have not had much chance to call and try to fix this problem. We were forced to take measures to remedy our losses of our business and have another carrier come in to provide service. I also wanted to add that the internet never did quite provide enough bandwidth for us in the household and we experienced many disconnections or very slow access. Please reply at your earliest convenience. We went 15 days with NO service and had to make a decision to go with another carrier 🙁
