Dear Mr. Powell. I wanted to appeal to you as a former President of the Pet, company, which made Progresso and Old El Paso products, etc. I had a small pension as part of my golden parachute and general mills cannot find the documentation of my pension. I did not keep a copy of my change of control agreement, as that was 1995, and General Mills has been sending me retirement updates for years. Now that I am 65, they cant seem to find the employment contract copy and I cant find mine. I know this is a bit of a mess, but the executive agreement must exist in HR somewhere. Can you help me?
