Dear Mr. Prabhkar
I had paid 9200/- to Abhishek (Mobile number 999220738) on 17th May 2017 for upgrading my existing previous package( 1414312 for 9+4=13 Months).
Abhishek committed duration for upgraded campaign would be 12+2=14 months but as per Sulekha customer care representative (Number 180030001212), it is 12+1=13 months package only so it is on hold.
Resulting 14 days have passed but my package have not been upgraded and these 14 days period is the peak period
I called up many time to Abhishek but he answered just couple of times
Even I have not received bill from your side.
I called Mr, Ajay Sangwan to return my money and compensation, first he said we will return your money but no any compensation will be provided . As per his view, wastage of 24 days do not make any sense for them. Secondly he said OK, give me a day time, I send a mail to Abhishek and Herleens Boss.
