Dear Mr. President

I would want to share my experience with one of your stores.

I bought an Iphone 6 ON 8/8/15 from Store 109 in LA and clearly advised the sales associate that I wanted full coverage for loss and damage and he advised that it would be $7.99 per month which I gladly accepted believing that what the sales associate was advising was accurate. On 8/14/16 , while flying from LA,I lost my phone at the airport and when I called Geek Squad, they told me it was covered only for damage ? I was misled at the time of purchase due to the lack of knowledge of your sales associate and now I am not of $800.00 worth of my phone based on false commitment made by your sales associate.

I am requesting this matter to be resolved ASAP by replacing my phone.  and my phone was registered for insurance.  I can be reached for any questions you may have.
