I purchased the Toyota Prius C with
I purchased the PRIUS C without even have to Test Drive Nor to View the actual car when it was about to launched in Malaysia.
I Purchased the PRIUS C without Hesistation because of TOYOTAs Reputation and The World"s Number 1 status. I was very Confident with Toyota Quality and Reliability then.And moreover the leader in Hybrid cars too.
But am very Sad to say Am very very very disappointed with the PRIUS C Reliability and Quality and Sorry to bring this to your attention.
Below is the Chronological of event and details for your Attention and Action. Am very FRUSTRATED and UNHAPPY with THE REPEATED "HYBRID" Problems with the PRIUS C:-
*The PRIUS C was purchased In 2015 and its less than Three(3) years Old and kilometer done is about 80,000km Only.
*Since May 24th 2015 The PRIUS C Broke Down andneed to be towed to TOYOTA Workshop four(4) Times with the same problem -"HYBRID" Sign Appears - Below are the dates FYI and Attention:-
1) 24th May 2015 - Think Nothing Done, Just RESET..
2) 2nd August 2015- Change some parts and paid rm450.00!! but have to pay despite under warranty!!.
3) 8th September 2015-Change some parts-TOP Overhaul and Advised to use RON 97 and should be Good and back to normal.
4) 7th November 2015-Broke Down again with the Same HYBRID Indicator!!!
Dear Sir, Do YOU think the above is Acceptable to YOU especially the PRIUS C BROKE DOWN FOUR TIMES within FIVE(5) months with the Same Problem despite Assurances from your Distributor.
While am writing to You now,my PRIUS C is still in the workshop pending repairs (the Prius C was towed to the workshop since Saturday 5th November 2015.
It caused alot of Inconveniences with the above Breakdowns and takes days/weeks before the HYBRID was "Rectified"
