Dear Mr Raines I just wanted to let you know how awful your GameStop Customer service is I ordered a Xbox 360 wireless controller online from GameStop with one day delivery that was on Thursday Nov 3 at 11:45 I received one email from Gamestop thanking me for my order as of today item hasnt been shipped or processed which means I paid for one day delivery for nothing cause clearly my item isn't being shipped til Monday which means I'm not getting it until Tuesday or Wednesday the latest That is at least 3 business days I have attempted to contact GameStop via email and have been playing email tag My Name is Shawn I would appreciate any assistance you may be able to offer sincerely unsatisfied customer
