Dear Mr. Raine's....I know you are a very busy man and I hope you can help to resolve my dilemna.I preordered my son Dragonball z xenoverse deluxe edition...paid in full.and received an email on Oct.4th saying it was shipped to my address.I am sorry I am responding months later. .I recently lost a child..my oldest daughter...and I am trying to get my son the only thing he wants for Christmas.I have emailed GameStop many times and spoke with sales reps and customer service.
