I made the mistake to buy a Gameboy gift certificate for my grandson for Christmas. The email has never been delivered to my daughter.
Today I tried to call. After 20 minutes I got disconnected. Now my daughter has been on hold for over an hour.
I went online and the web is full of similar complaints. Your customer service is apparently one of the worst in most people's experience. When there are so many significant complaints, would it not be prudent to address the problems and radically change customer service? As it is now, each and one of us had an experience that will make sure we will never use Gamestop again.
Frustrating and just simply wrong. On so many levels.
