Dear Mr. Raines,
I ordered a product for my son for Christmas on December 17th, and paid an additional $15.95 for (allegedly) two-day shipping. Apparently the item will now arrive on December 28th, 11 days later. No-one is responding to my requests for a refund of the shipping charge, either via email or phone (where you can wait for an hour for live assistance, if lucky). I will never do business with your company again and am filing a complaint with BBB. Catriona
