I did your promotion at the beginning of November and it was Text IN to the SMS to win an Xbox One X. I did this, and it brought me to a scratch off to see if, you won or not, and I scratched it off and it said that I had won and Xbox One X. I called in on Nov. 10th and got confirmed as a winner by giving my both of my numbers my power up elite number and my phone number, but since it was Veterans Weekend I was told that it would be shipping out no later than the 17th and to provide my mailing address and contact information which I did. I then called and called and called but nobody could give me an answer about where it is or when it would ship out, but I was still confirmed as a winner which was a good sign for me. I then was told that it wasnt an instant win it was a chance to win through a raffle but thats not what I read. I asked to talk to a manager old I was then transfer to Kevin who was one of the managers and he told me that the systems might not even ship out at all. I ask him if it would be ok if I could just go to my local GameStop Store and pick one up from there, Kevin said that would work out perfectly and that wait 24hrs for him to contact my local store to get the ok to pick one up. I waited 3 days and then called back, and I was told that Kevin didnt even worked there and then I then was put in contact with the head of the promotion team Max or Matt I dont remember but he said that according to his paper work or his promotion team my account number and phone number didnt even register on the promotion winners or even being submitted for the promotion. So according to him there wasnt anything he could do. I dont know if it was because I kept calling and calling but I was pretty ticked off about the fact that I was told and confirmed that I was a winner and then I wasnt even signed up to win.
So, my question is what happened, and did I win or not? If I did then where is my console? If not, then why did the scratch off tell me that I did but I didnt. What will happen now?
