Dear Mr Rapino

I bought two tickets for The Abbey Road Sessions at the AECC in Aberdeen. To cut a long story short, the show was ultimately cancelled and I was to expect a refund from Ticketmaster in the amount of £107.34.

I have been chasing this refund since July of 2016 and have yet to receive the funds.
I have contacted your customer support team on numerous occasions and following misleading advice from one of your agents have pursued two formal complaints with two separate banks only to find that the problem lies within your organisation.

Ticketmaster eventually acknowledged the problem lies with them and that I should expect a cheque through the post for the amount owed to me. I have been waiting since 9th January for the cheque to arrive and am being given the run around by your customer service agents.

Your agents have acknowledged in writing numerous times that Ticketmaster owe the funds and yet refuse to resolve the matter.
I would like to request your interaction on this matter so that I can obtain the funds owed to me without having to resort to a small claims court case which I will pursue if I do not receive a response within the next 7 days.
