Dear Mr. Rapino,
I am sending this because you still owe me money and due to the terrible customer experience I have had trying to get it. I sold some Philadelphia Eagles tix on August 16 and still have not been paid the $190.80 you owe me. It is order K7781544. I have called your customer care line at least 6 times and due to waiting on hold for between 10 and 23 minutes each time, I have only been able to get thru to a live person twice. I was disconnected by your firm last night after 23 minutes on hold. Both time I got thru, August 29 and September 28, I was promised a check would be sent for payment. I did receive one check for a different order, K7868370, but I still have not received payment for this order K7781544 from August 16, over two months.
Please send me my check for $190.80. And if you are considerate, please compensate me for losing over an hour of my time being on hold.
