Dear Mr. Renwick,

I am very upset with the lack of claims support thus far. On Monday, April 4,2016. I was in a single car accident here in Massachusetts when I hit black ice skidded right into the cement medien and then pushed off into the right hand guard rail. THIS IS NOT MY DIRECT FAULT, IT WAS OF COURSE DUE TO THE STORM AND ROAD CONDITIONS THAT DAY. I was 20 miles UNDER the speed limit, wearing seatbelt, headlights on and in 4 wheel drive also. WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO NOT SKID ON BLACK ICE???? I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT. Your claims office told me that because I had LIMITED COLLISION AND IT WAS A SINGLE CAR THAT IT WOULD NOT BE COVERED AND I WAS AT FAULT??? I asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused one. No claims ajduster was sent to see the car and I was just called by the tow yard that your company called saying that they are not paying for this and I now have a bill of over $400.00 and climbing. I am not in the position to pay that to get the car out since I am currently out of work. This car is for my 2 kids to get to their jobs with, now what??? I was so mad that I called our State Attorney Generals Insurance Hotline. They are going to now going to contact your company to midigate this to get covered.
THIS IS A LARGE PROBLEM FOR EVERYONE. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE WEATHER OR ROAD CONDITIONS??? WHAT KIND OF FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE IS THIS? BE SURE THAT I WILL REPORT AND GIVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS TO EVERYONE THAT I CAN IF THIS IS NOT RECTIFIED IMMIDIATELY!!!
Oh , that claims adjusted did say to me that they will pay for any damage to the guard rail if there is any and my transport to emergency will be covered. WHAT, THE CITY GETS PAID BUT IT WAS THEIR LACK OF CLEARING THE ROADS AND TREATING THEM THAT LED TO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE, NOT RIGHT AT ALL!
Please help us out and get this fixed, if nothing but to keep the good name of Progressive Clean. If not I will move my future business elsewhere.
I also would like my claim to be removed to another claims adjuster or supervisor.
