Dear Mr Riney,

I have been Scottrade customer for more than 10 years.

Things have changed in the last 5-10 years a lot but Scottrade has not changed a bit. Today again Scottrade did not perform - I could not go to "TRADE" tab and place an order many times thru out the day. I could not get the "quick quote" of the stocks many time times in the day. I want to tell you that I did not face the same issue with TDAmeritrade and Fidelity where my office personal/IRA 401K/ESOP are maintained respectively. My (IRAs/personal brokerage) TDA account had minimal issues and FIdelity has no issue at all compared to Scottrade.

It sucks to be part of a site called - Scottrade!
