Dear Mr. Rodgers,
I am a Realtor here in Miami Florida and I have a transaction that was suppsed to close on Friday. The loan is being funded by your Bank. How it is possible at the very last minute your underwriting department could make such a grave error is going to cost your buyer greatly. It is also harming my clients greatly. It has been a real example of how first time buyers can be taken advantage of. But most of all it will result in a lawsuit filed by my sellers against the buyers because they failed to execute the closing as per the requirements of the contract. No one wins here and your Bank is 100% to blame. They dragged their feet and waited until the very last minute to complete the underwriting and it is still not completed.
I know you are busy and a this is a frivolous little banking loan to you but you of all people should know what is going on with your Bank. It is harming your clients and others. If you care at all you will look into this today.
