Dear Mr. Rodriguez,
I am writing to inform you of the horrific customer service experience that I have had with your company and am reaching out to you in hopes of some sort of resolution.
I submitted my claim forms and was incorrectly denied my claims. After contacting customer service multiple times I was told that I was correct, the fault was ADP's and the claims would be submitted. Unfortunately your employees lied to me and my money is presumed to no longer be in ADP's possession. I was told to contact my HR. My HR has demanded that I get in writing from ADP that my claims were filed incorrectly and will not give me my money back. I have called multiple times and have contacted ADP via the help page and have gotten only automated responses to my issue. I have been trying to resolve this issue since April of 2016.
