My name is John. I am the Business Manager of IBEW Local 2324 in Springfield, MA.
I became a customer of ADP earlier this year. Now at years end I find myself seeking to find a replacement for ADP. My office has had ongoing issues with ADP for several months. We have emailed and spoken to ADP staff on the phone countless times. Each time we contact ADP we are told " I do not see the previous communication" etc. I would like to believe small businesses matter to you. I would appreciate someone looking into this matter. I'm hoping you are able to give me a reason to remain an ADP customer.
We have been on hold while I typed this email. On hold for over 40 minutes.
