This is URGENT:
I attempted many calls but your department told that they cant transfer the call to you.
We are recently transfer from Old ADP version to new ADP WFN system. We have Six million (6,000,000) payroll in a year.
We are threatened badly by the following employee and our account was temporary suspended by the ADP.
-- Cynthia Granadas and others ( Barry Robinson and some others), Few ADP employee also called and badly threatened. Is this appropriate behavior ?
Reason of Threatening:
ADP has inaccurate definition for "commuter benefits". Their definition is not alien with City law. According to the City Law Personal car parking should not be the part of Commuter Benefit. I have communicated to, at least 11 people in the ADP but did not get help.
We have only Eight to Nine employee in the commuter benefit and we are ready to pay, But ADP is adding 40 employee who have person car parking. If DEFINITION is not right how we will trust ADP and rely on them on all other matters.
This is not about the money, rather ethics.We paid more than $10,000 each month as a fee. I would not like to pay until Commuter Benefit definition will corrected by ADP. Taxes are also paid on incorrect amounts.
Addition to this we are consistently receiveing letter from IRS that social security amounts submitted by ADP is not reconcile by the Tax report. Never get help.
Your early action will be highly appreciated specifically threatening and suspending our account.
