Anita sent a message to William H. Rogers, Jr. – Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of SunTrust Banks – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rogers,
I could use your help. I'm trying to obtain a Satisfaction of Mortgage to release a lien for a loan in my name dated 5/28/1998 for $27,900 filed for record 6/10/1998, The loan was paid off, but I do not have that date. I am told the Satisfaction of Mortgage is something the lender is required to send to the County, but because of some error this step was overlooked.
Your Zephyrhills, FL, branch was helpful and called the Lien Release Dept, but I have not received any documents from them. I called the Lien Release department who instructed me to FAX the info, which my Credit Union has done. Today I received a letter from my Credit Union saying the I have 10 days to comply or the loan application will be cancelled.
Is it possible for you to expedite this process? Or perhaps tell me how I can get this document sent to the Pasco County Florida records department before my loan is cancelled?
Thank you for your consideration.
