Dear Mr Rogers,
I have been trying to get thru to ANYONE that can help to change the name on two accounts. They were set up by my mother, who is now deceased for my children. I just need the names on the accounts to be changed (as my children are 21 24 now). Where shall I send the death certificate?
If I could have an email address that would help as countless phone calls from London have been disappointing.
