Dear Mr. Rogers
We live in an area of exploding population in Windermere, Florida. Across County Road 535 from our condos at Lakeside at Lakes of Windermere is a developing shopping center, in which two of your competitors, inferior banks, have established branches....Citibank and Bank of America.
We have a substantial account with Sun Trust and were hoping earnestly that you would set up a branch in the shopping center, Lakeside Village, to permit us ( and the thousands of new residents with more coming) to bank with you close to home.
It looks as if it is not too late, but probably not for long. The ground is scraped and new businesses are appearing weekly.
In addition to our areas of densely-built and upper-middle-class condos is a high-end gated community, Keene's Point with its Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. In addition, a scant mile or so north of Keene's point is Isleworth, the most exclusive and most expensive development in the Orlando Florida area. Prime banking area?
Give it some thought, Sun Trust, before it's too late!
