Dear Mr. Rogers,
I reach out to you because Im very worried about all the problems happening in all of my family accounts with Suntrust. To make the story short, my company credit card, debit card and account has been compromised, then my personal account, then my son Gregorys account and today, my daughter Chloes saving account: the problem HAS to come from Suntrust. It couldnt have been a hacking of our computer because I only started online banking for my PA after all the problems happened. I have reached out to my local branch manager in Lauderdale by the Sea but she didnt seem to take it too seriously. We are in this bank for 23 years, Im a realtor and I bring 100% of my clients to this branch: you can check with the previous manager Greg [which we miss a lot] or with Mercy Allen who has been working at this branch since the beginning.
I thing it is a very very serious problem which is recurring because it happened to my sister in law few years ago.
I hope that you will take the time to investigate this catastrophic situation because I have the feeling that it wont be taken are off here and ultimately, I will take the proper actions.
