Donald  sent a message to Stephen H. Rusckowski  President and Chief Executive Officer of Quest Diagnostics  Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Rusckowski,
I am writing you in utter frustration and as a last ditch effort to get help for what should be a simple problem. I have not been able to get my lab results in a timely fashion and each time I have to wait thirty days plus to finally get my results. Now apparently I can't get them at all. I have sent many requests for results, each time I get an acknowledgment e mail but that is where it ends. My wife gets her lab results very timely.

Incredibly, when I try reaching Quest I get a recording saying everyone is busy then it hangs up on me. No other option given. I was told it must be an IT problem. I get routed to a number with many options, many of which are meant for IT people only. I have yet to reach a human who can help me find out why I can't get my results. My password on Quest 360 is fine. I can log in and see my account. I just can't make contact with someone who is willing to do more than route me to a dead end number. I received no semblance of concern. I was told that I need to understand how busy IT is.... really ? I worked for IBM for 34 years and I can assure you the problem here seems to be a lack of staff and a severe lack of empathy for their clients.

The easiest thing for me to do is take my wife and my own business to another lab however, at times physicians also use Quest on their own and I'm in the same position again unless I can get them to use another lab for me. Such a waste of time for all involved. I am respectfully asking you to assign someone who will stay with me until the problem is fixed.
