Dear Mr. Rusckowski
I was in your Western Blvd, Glastonbury, CT facility for a blood test/draw this morning. An employee named *Corrine*, or so she said, took me into the room. I tried to make light banter about the touch pad sign-in in the waiting room. This employee launched into an EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful rant about *receptionists*.
Because of her argumentative and unprofessional manner, I will never use your facilities again. As part of your training, I advise you to train your employees in *customer service* better.
