Dear Mr. Rusckowski,
My community has been having a terrible time with Quest Diagnostics billing department. We have had several bills that they keep dunning us about. We have told them that they did not submit the bill properly to the insurance company, I give them the information needed to do it, and they keep sending collection agencies to us to collect. When I explain to the collection agency, they assure me that they will give the information to Quest. After a few weeks or months, a new collection agency contacts us about the same bill. With one bill alone, they have used -so far - 3 collection agencies!
Im sorry to have to come to you like this. Quest does a good job as far as the lab work goes, but we have stopped using Quest for lab orders, because the hassle is not worth it. Can you do anything?
