Dear Mr. Rusckowski:
I tried repeatedly to get help on the phone and internet from Quest to no avail. There seems to be no way to reach a person.
I am a patient and have been having tests done monthly through Quest Labs since January 2014.
Repeatedly, Quest does not do some of the lab tests requested by the doctor in the standing order. However, both myself and Aetna are charged for these tests, whether they are done or not.
I also need to receive the test results from Quest, going back to at least the beginning of January 2015, as I have been unable to receive the test results frequently.
I just found out that I can go on myquest.com, which I have, but it doesn't give me the option to receive more than 2 back tests, except to pay for them.
I now am being billed personally for Jan, Feb, and March. I will not be paying for the tests not done and when I can not receive the results.
