It is very nice of the company to entice new customers by giving them a free DVR, MODEM, NO EXTRA TAXES OR FEES for your phone. How about you give a break to your LOYAL CUSTOMERS. Its time for Spectrum to show a little loyalty to us. BUT OF COURSE NOT!!!! I just opened my bill and it went up $21.00. Our bill now is over $200.00 Are your loyal customers now picking up the cost of those free DVR, MODEM AND OTHER FEES for your new customers? I am very disappointed in the new Spectrum. It is getting too costly for retired people on a budget. I do know there are others that feel the same way.
