Dear Mr. Rutledge:
I am a Charter subscriber and have been for many years. I have your internet and TV service. Three times in the past 2 months I have gotten telemarketers representing Charter. All of those times they have asked me who my provider is. MY wife or I were puzzled when we answered Charter. One told us that our TV was shut off and we were watching it! That person argued with my wife telling her it could not be on becasue his records showed it was turned off. ANpother time I was calle don Sunday during the football game and when I told the female caller I wanted to watch a game she said "Cmom I will only take a couple minutes. I told her should would not take up any of my time and I had to hang up on her. We are happy with our Charter service. We do not want a telephone with Charter as we have two cellphones and a voice over IPA phone. Please leave us alone and let us enjoy our Charter. Please do not contact us again unless you are going to reduce our rates. Then to do that you don't have to call us for permission. Just do it. I have a degree in Marketing so I know the drill when they call us. I would appreciate your seeing to it that we are not hassled by these marketers again. Thank you
