Dear Mr Rutledge
I am very frustrated and upset with the service I am constantly receiving from your supervisors with my cable service. I have documented names ,call centers and ID's from each one I have spoken with for the last three months and receive different answers from each individual . I had to reach out to your office last year for the same thing but being spectrum now I was hoping I would not have the same billing issues every month as I have had in the past. I would greatly appreciate if someone would contact me. My bill changes every month and every time I call and speak to someone I get a different answer and a different rate quoted, I pay my bill and the next month it's gone up again. PLEASE.... I am so tired of calling every month and sitting on the phone for 30 mins trying to explain what was a previous supervisor has told me. I have had your service since it was comcast, time warner and now spectrum. I am a loyal client to you and my family enjoys your service if only I can get a consistent monthly bill. They also incresesed my internet service to $69.99 without my approval. There is so much more I need to say but I'm running out of space to type
