Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I have made myriad attempts to resolve a billing overcharge that was incorporated during the transition from Time Warner. I have spent numerous hours now on hold and in conversation with multiple "customer service" and "retention " individuals with out any resolve. The absolute worst was Drake operator number (5HI) as I was told. Drake declined my request to speak to a supervisor as none were available. Previous calls I was put on hold indefinitely. I'm quite positive your company is not practicing standards like Wells Fargo ( incurring unauthorized charges without customer consent) , and hope you can direct me to the appropriate channel to resolve my billing issue.
