Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I hope that Spectrum will be an improvement over TWC here in southern California. Dropped internet server, modems that don't work, a poor directory system on cable, you know.
What I am concerned about is cost. Please keep this in considerations with your cable and internet providers, and find a way to lower the public's cost without losing our preferences.
