Suzanne Scott sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge, I received a letter from you last year shortly after we signed up with Spectrum (Feb. 2016) welcoming us for signing on. We have enjoyed the services provided by Spectrum this past year. We procured the "bundle" and pay a monthly charge of $139/month for phone, internet and t.v. We would love to be able to continue with SPECTRUM. However, I have a major concern about increases for the coming year. My husband and I watch our budget very carefully each month. He is retired and I work part-time for extras. If there is a substantial increase in our services, I am afraid we are going to have to look to eliminating some services, leaving us to our Tracfone and an antenna. I guess what I am asking is that SPECTRUM please take a look at keeping good customers who want to be loyal, and pay their bills on time each month. We dont splurge on much, as I said, we watch our budget very carefully. Would you please take to heart what I am asking, please extend the current charges (we can do without all the movie channels and are willing to do pretty much basic cable) for seniors like us. Please feel free to contact me at 863-875-0273 or e-mail us. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Suzanne Scott 6334 Grove Pointe Drive, SE Winter Haven, FL 33884
