Dear Mr. Rutledge
I wanted to thank you for your letter and take the time to commend an employee at the call center here in Hawaii. His name is Tim (He said he is the “only” Tim in the Hawaii Help support).
As a longtime customer of Hawaii Time Warner Oceanic cable, I recently had problems with our cable TV. It was very frustrating and even more so when I kept getting my call routed to a Call Center somewhere out of State/Country. I believe I was speaking with people from Dominican Republic.
I HOPE THIS ISN’T A SIGN OF WHAT SERVICE LEVEL IS TO COME!!!
That said ... the out of State/Country representative I spoke with could only find one of my accounts (I have two accounts at our residence), I asked him to transfer me to a “Local HAWAII CALL CENTER” service person.
Now, to make a long story short, I ended up with TIM on the island of Hawaii. Not only did Tim find “BOTH” my accounts, he assisted in connecting the new cable boxes online, and walked us through two different TV systems (Sony and Visio).
Tim was technically competent, extremely patient, understanding (as my brother and I were a bit frustrated), and knew exactly what to do, based on the issues we were having. I wanted to take this to the TOP and make sure that Tim gets recognized for his fine work!
Please commend Tim as he should be commended for his FINE WORK. Tim is a credit to your company! Awesome service level and awesome employee!
Thank you,
James
