Please listen to my voice. Unfortunately at this time I am economically challenged . Also ATT (my go to for everything) does not service this area!
After several hours of miscomunication with Time Warner, they stated in name only have they changed.
Spectrum is just a name! Your TV advertisement states otherwise! (False Advertising!}
My bill went from $55.00 to $78.00. This is not acceptable! After succumbing to Time Warner Customer Service, Account Manager, and finally to Jewel who took the time to help me, I feel your customer service or anyone representing the Spectrum name needs an upgrade!
Mike, a representative, was rude, as was Care in Austin, Tx. who completely cut off my service. After eons, service was restored by Jewel. Whatever!!! Please advise.
PS: I am a "Connecticut Yankee", and have the Irish gift of gab!
