Dear Mr. Rutledge:

I have been a Bright House customer for over 20 years and have been happy with my service until Spectrum took over and priced me out of the market. Unfortunately, my husband passed away last year and I have lost half of my income and your company is increasing my service which I am unable to afford. I currently have the bundle service of TV, Internet and phone paying $131.11a month. Being on a fixed income that has been cut in half, I am unable to afford any more increases. Youve lost a customer which I am sure does not mean much to someone in your position. I am told my services expire on 2/14/17 so I will be on the phone Monday, 2/6/17 looking for a new company.
