I live in Bangor, Maine. We just returned home from Florida 3 1/2 weeks ago our internet has been out 3 times since we re-instated our service. This is not acceptable. I know in the scheme of things I am just 1 person but feel you should be kept in the loop when something isnt going well with your service.
