Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I am an 80-year old widow with a fixed income. I have been with Time Warner Cable for a long, long time. In switching to Spectrum, I have had nothing but problems. I have cable tv, internet, and television with spectrum. Then I received a bill of $273.73 where I was paying $132.02. What a shock. So from August 29 to September 25, I have talked to a Karen, Tara, Linda, Dacia, foreigner, Brandy, Dan, John, Joe, Patrick, Casey, John, Bill, Mark, and today, Jeffrey. All have been courteous to me, BUT on August 29, I was told that my monthly statement would be $157.15. (It now, however will be $161.52, which is ok. Its a good package, and I appreciate it.) On September 13, I sent a check via telephone for $214.25. I asked if this now will include all the charges so next month I can plan on a bill for
$157.15. She said absolutely yes. So today, lo and behold, I received a bill for $226.27!!! When I called and talked to a Mark and then Jeffrey, they said I have to pay the $60 some dollars back charges. I am soooooo frustrated Mr. Rutledge. Can you help? Thank you. Claudia
