I have a spectrum bundle account. My retirement pension is deposited into my checking account on the first of each month. That is the earliest I can pay my bill. I realize your company has rules and regulations but I am 82 years old with health issues. I have an emergency box with a necklace that has a button I can push for help. The last two months my service was cut off including my phone. On August 1th I am going to pay Julys and August bill which will bring me current.
