Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I have been a Time Warner Cable/Spectrum customer for 22 years. Customer service and tech support have not been great, but they have been tolerable so we have stayed with the company. Last month, however has been terrible! I requested a simple wall fish and activation of two lines in the beginning of August. I will spare you the details, but would like you to know that I have had 5 separate technicians over and have spent over 12 hours with the service technicians or on the phone with customer service reps trying to schedule appointments. The issue is still not resolved. No one has provided me with any incentive to keep my two accounts with Spectrum. Can you provide me with a reason to remain a Spectrum customer?
