Long story short I have been waiting since July for my buy out contract check from Spectrum with hours of phone time with your customer service staff and escalation team.I spoke to Jazz who was helpful and several weeks later was told by Christa Gaston (704-731-1342) a check would be over nighted. NOTHING RECEIVED. very disappointed. I hope this is not your business model. At least 10 "tickets" have been written up to provide resolution to this matter, with mostly no response.
