Paula sent a message to Bob Sasser – Chief Executive Officer and President of Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Sasser,
I am writing you because I have yet to receive any satisfaction from the poor treatment I was given by the store manager in your Stuart Florida Dollar Tree store when I tried to return an electric toothbrush that failed to work and the manager told me I could not return it because the package was opened. I wrote to you about this a month ago which prompted Scott Brown to contact me via mail which then resulted in a phone call. He seemed sincere and was flabbergasted by what occurred and stated that this was not the return policy. He offered to send me a gift card which has yet to be received. I emailed Mr. Brown last week and he has not responded. Is this how you treat your customers? I am very very disappointed at how I have been treated. It's not the monetary value of the gift card. It's the principle.
